Thursday, Aug. 21, 2025, A. Von Yates entered a no contest plea to a lesser charge of lewd and lascivious battery.

Per People .com:  Authorities allege she had sex with the child without a condom while he was visiting his father for summer vacation, and that the father had walked in on the two of them.

Von Yates allegedly engaged in several acts of seduction and flirtation with the boy prior to the incident taking place and contacted him the following day, claiming she wished they kept having sex and hadn’t been discovered.
